Great Shop and Great people. I had an issue with the ignition barrell on my Ford Transit Custom, They repaired it straight away and for a great price. I will be using them for any locksmithing work in the future because they are honest and reliable.

Saved me by fixing 2 new car keys after a different locksmith couldn’t fix it - wish I came here first! Much cheaper than others and had it done in an hour, Erol knows what he’s talking about and was really helpful, was able to come to my work with late notice to get me back into my car. Very happy
Called Drummond Security this afternoon as I had managed to lock my car keys in the boot of my 2 seater car (the boot being closed off to the rest of the car, how annoying) He tried many different ways before offering to cut me a key and to my surprise, he was able to cut the key from his van! I was worried I'd be car-less for a few days! Excellent service and excellent price too! Thank you for saving the day Erol!
Front door lock failed on Saturday morning. Rang Drummonds and Jamie was round within 15 minutes and got us back indoors in no time. It was an obsolete lock but he managed to source one and has fitted it. Amazing service at a great price - he even lowered his original quote because another supplier was cheaper!
An excellent service from both Jamie Angus and Erol Osman. Today I lost the one and only key to my car. Jamie organised for Erol to attend and updated me as to what time he was likely to be with me. Fantastic customer service skills and a real personal touch. Erol attended and was friendly and made me feel completely reassured that everything would be sorted and I would once again be able to access my car. Cannot thank you both enough for your hard work today. A truly exceptional service from a wonderful company who I will happily use again in the future.
Such patient and understanding service at Drummond today. Elderly parents had locked themselves out and were very anxious of course. No hesitation to give timely help and still wonderfully courteous and free with advice when we luckily resolved the issue prior to their arrival. Had extra keys cut on the spot in store and wouldn't hesitate to call them again. No call out fee is ever added on with these guys, just a rate change for weekends as you'd expect. So lucky to have them near by.
Absolutely brilliant service from Drummond Security! We stupidly bought an Alfa Romeo without a spare key and was quoted in excess of £300 by the main dealer. Drummond quoted and supplied a new coded key, at our home, in under 2 days, for less than half!! Extremely professional and friendly service, with great communication throughout the process. Very knowledgeable of their profession and I cannot recommend highly enough!
I had a problem with my car the battery kepted draining without knowing the problem with an aftermarket radio and sub installed correctly I though that was the problem! So I disconnected both sub and radio but battery was still draining and the keys kepted losing connection to the ECU so I got drum security out to investigate the problem after a few attempts the problem was the battery itself. Before hand I had the get the car jump started but car wouldn't start due to the key lossing communication I have the keys reprogram about 4 time. I can't thank Drummond security LTD enough for the effort that they put into my car!
